Zoom Chat

Your team's knowledge, answered inside Zoom Team Chat. Ask in plain language, get a grounded answer with the source document cited — no searching, no pinging coworkers.

Installing the app

1. Open the Zoom App Marketplace, search for Ragbee, and click Add / Install (your Zoom admin may need to approve it first). 2. Review the permissions and click Authorize. 3. You land on ragbee.ai. If you are not logged in, log in (or sign up — Ragbee creates your workspace automatically) and the Zoom connection resumes on its own.

Linking your workspace (one time)

1. In the Ragbee dashboard open Chatbots and create an integration: pick platform Zoom Chat and give it a name — those are the only two fields required. The webhook URL and runner key are generated automatically. 2. Click Connect Zoom on the integration card and authorize with your Zoom account. 3. Done — the integration shows as Connected, and its webhook URL (shown on the edit page, with a copy button) is where Zoom sends chat events. You normally never need to copy it manually.

If you installed from the marketplace first, Ragbee links your tenant's Zoom integration automatically after login.

Using Ragbee in Zoom Chat

• Find Ragbee under your apps and start a chat, or mention it in a channel where it is available. - Ask anything your documents can answer — "How much PTO do I accrue?", "What's the expense reimbursement process?" - Ragbee replies with a short answer plus the exact source passage, so answers are verifiable in one click. - Follow-up questions in the same conversation keep their context. - Ragbee answers policy and knowledge questions only; personal payroll questions are redirected to secure channels by design.

Your plan's monthly question limit applies to chatbot usage. If you reach it, Ragbee tells you how to upgrade at ragbee.ai/billing/pricing.

Troubleshooting

• Bot not replying in Zoom — check the integration shows Connected on the Chatbots page. - Connect Zoom fails — make sure you are authorizing with the production app (installed from the Marketplace, not a development build). - Wrong workspace answers — check which workspace the bot's definition points at; documents live per workspace.

Removing the app

1. In Zoom, open Apps → Manage (or the chatbot's profile) and choose Remove. 2. Zoom notifies Ragbee automatically and the integration is disconnected. 3. Personal data and chat history are deleted or de-identified within 30 days — see our Privacy Policy. To also delete your organization's document stores, an administrator can request full tenant deletion at support@ragbee.ai.
