Ragbee is a multi-tenant retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) platform. Chat messages arrive through verified webhooks, are routed to your isolated workspace, and are answered only from your own documents — with sources cited and personal information redacted.

Key properties

• Tenant isolation — documents, embeddings, and chat history are scoped to one workspace and never shared across tenants.
• Grounded answers — responses are generated only from retrieved workspace content, with source citations.
• Verified inbound — every webhook is signature-checked (HMAC) with replay protection before processing.
• PII redaction — sensitive patterns are stripped from messages before logging or model calls.
• No training on your data — document content is used only to answer questions in your workspace.
