If you use the Ragbee app within Zoom, Zoom provides Ragbee with certain information necessary to operate the integration, which may include your Zoom user name, email address, Zoom user and account identifiers, and the messages and commands you send to the Ragbee chatbot. Ragbee uses this information solely to provide the requested assistance within Zoom, to maintain your conversation context, and to operate and secure the service. Ragbee does not use Zoom message content for advertising or sell it to third parties.
If the Ragbee app is removed from your Zoom account or workspace, or if you or your organization request deletion of your data, Ragbee will delete or de-identify personal data associated with your account and chat history within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal, security, or accounting purposes. You may request deletion at any time by contacting support@ragbee.ai or through your organization's administrator.
The service may rely on third-party providers, including telecommunications, infrastructure, cloud storage, and AI providers. Their services may involve separate terms and privacy practices.
